- When you pay for an event, you buy it from the church Catedral da Família.
- No refunds, except when the church cancels the event date.
- If the church cancels, you get a full refund automatically, to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask.
- If you cancel your own sign-up, there is no refund. If the church later cancels that date, you still get a full refund.
- If your payment arrives after your held place was released and the event is now full, your payment is refunded automatically.
- In special cases, the church may choose to give a refund (a Financial Leader or a Lead Pastor decides). This is the church's choice, not a right.
- Refunds usually show on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- This policy is shown on the event page, at checkout and in your receipt email.
- Purchases made with a guest account follow the same rule.
